BTSS uses a web-based email service.  We provide this free of charge with any hosting or email account you have with us.  We do provide support for this, but DO NOT provide support for 3rd party email providers like MS Outlook or Apple Mail which can use your email address, we just do not provide support for it.  


BEFORE contacting the helpdesk, about your email, please check to see if you are able to SEND and RECIEVE from the web-based service we have provided for you.  If you are able to, then the issue is with your 3rd party email software.

From this site,  you will need to login with your email address and password.  You can ALSO click MANAGE MAILBOX SETTINGS.  From there you can change passwords, update an autoresponder, and even include forwarders.  It is a much more robust system, that allows you more control over your email.  


Please remember that you must be under the tab WEBMAIL and NOT CONTROL PANEL!
